Engineering
Full Stack Developer
Own product features across Next.js, Node.js, Liquid.js templates, APIs, and deployment workflows. You will help build the core systems creators use to publish pages, configure offers, manage buyers, deliver access, and run their online business from one workspace.
- Minimum 3 years full stack experience
- Strong JavaScript, Node.js, Next.js, APIs, and database fundamentals
- Comfort with Liquid.js or template-driven rendering systems
- Practical DevOps mindset around deployments, logs, and reliability
Support
Tech Support Specialist
Support creators through setup, troubleshooting, onboarding, and product education. You will help users set up products, pages, offers, domains, payments, and access flows while turning recurring support patterns into useful product feedback.
- Clear written communication and patient problem solving
- Comfort with web products, dashboards, domains, and setup flows
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language
- Careful tracking of customer context, bugs, and support notes
