Overview
BlackSheet is a creator-business platform designed to help creators, coaches, educators, experts, entrepreneurs, and teams build, sell, manage, and deliver digital products and services under their own brand.
The Platform may include tools for courses, downloads, memberships, communities, websites, landing pages, funnels, email marketing, offers, checkout, payments, automations, customer records, analytics, and related workflows. Some areas may be live, some may be in early access, and some may be planned for future release.
This disclaimer should be read together with the BlackSheet Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, checkout terms, plan terms, product notices, and any written agreement that applies to your use of the Platform.
1. Platform Status
BlackSheet may be offered in early access, beta, preview, invite-only, or limited-release form. Early access products can change quickly as we test workflows, collect feedback, improve the platform, and prepare for broader availability.
During early access, parts of the Platform may be incomplete, limited, experimental, unavailable, renamed, redesigned, removed, or replaced. Screens, examples, feature descriptions, demos, and roadmap references are provided to explain the product direction and may not reflect the final released version.
You should not rely on any feature, roadmap item, coming-soon label, launch timeline, or public statement as a promise that a specific feature will be available on a specific date or in a specific form.
2. Feature Availability
Feature availability may vary by plan, account status, region, payment provider, integration, usage limits, technical requirements, and product stage. Some features may require setup, verification, onboarding, third-party accounts, or additional terms before they can be used.
Coming-soon features are directional. They show what BlackSheet is working toward, but they are not guaranteed deliverables unless confirmed in a signed written agreement.
BlackSheet may prioritize, delay, modify, or cancel planned features based on product quality, security, compliance, creator feedback, business needs, or technical feasibility.
3. No Guaranteed Results
BlackSheet provides tools and systems. It does not guarantee revenue, profit, sales, audience growth, conversion rates, course completion, member retention, subscriber growth, launch performance, search ranking, customer satisfaction, or business success.
Results depend on many factors outside BlackSheet's control, including your offer, market, audience, pricing, positioning, content quality, traffic, customer support, fulfilment, business model, legal compliance, and execution.
Any examples, demos, use cases, projections, creator scenarios, pricing examples, or workflow illustrations are for explanation only and should not be treated as promises or predictions of what you will achieve.
4. Creator Responsibility
Creators are responsible for the products, services, content, offers, pricing, checkout copy, refund terms, customer promises, access rules, emails, communities, support, claims, testimonials, and business decisions they create or publish through BlackSheet.
If you sell a product or service using BlackSheet, you are responsible for ensuring that your offer is accurate, lawful, deliverable, and clearly described before customers purchase. You are also responsible for communicating with your customers and fulfilling what you promise.
BlackSheet may provide infrastructure, but it does not become the seller, educator, coach, adviser, employer, agent, or guarantor for creator products unless a specific written agreement says otherwise.
5. No Professional Advice
BlackSheet content, product guidance, onboarding notes, templates, examples, resources, support responses, and website copy are provided for general informational purposes only.
BlackSheet does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, medical, psychological, compliance, or professional business advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions that require specialist advice.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with laws, regulations, platform rules, consumer protection requirements, tax obligations, privacy obligations, email marketing rules, advertising standards, and industry requirements that apply to your business.
6. Payments, Pricing, and Taxes
Pricing displayed for BlackSheet plans, founder access, subscriptions, one-time offers, services, or future features may change unless locked by a written agreement or specific checkout terms.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party processors. Payment approvals, declines, chargebacks, refunds, settlement timing, payout timing, processing fees, verification checks, reserves, and payment restrictions may depend on those providers and their rules.
Creators are responsible for setting their own product prices and for understanding taxes, invoices, refunds, consumer rights, subscriptions, chargebacks, and reporting obligations connected with their own offers and customers.
7. Third-Party Services
BlackSheet may integrate with or link to third-party services such as payment processors, email providers, analytics tools, domain providers, hosting services, automation tools, AI providers, video platforms, social platforms, and other software.
Third-party services are controlled by their own providers. BlackSheet is not responsible for their availability, pricing, terms, privacy practices, security, outages, policy changes, data handling, or performance.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and policies of any third-party service you connect to or use with BlackSheet.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have permission to use any content you upload, publish, send, sell, display, or distribute through BlackSheet, including text, images, videos, audio, downloads, templates, brand assets, testimonials, customer data, and course materials.
BlackSheet may remove or restrict content that appears to violate intellectual property rights, platform rules, laws, or the rights of others. BlackSheet may also require more information before acting on intellectual property complaints.
Using BlackSheet does not give you ownership of BlackSheet software, trademarks, design systems, code, interfaces, documentation, or platform technology.
9. AI and Automation
BlackSheet may include or plan AI-assisted features, automation workflows, content suggestions, email flows, segmentation, triggers, or other systems that help users move faster.
AI and automation outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or require review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, testing, and monitoring anything you publish, send, automate, or rely on.
Automations should be tested carefully before they affect customers, payments, access, emails, subscriptions, refunds, or important business workflows.
10. Availability and Security
BlackSheet works to keep the Platform reliable and secure, but no software system is guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or permanently available.
Maintenance, outages, bugs, third-party failures, internet issues, data processing delays, browser behavior, device limitations, payment provider issues, or security events may affect access or performance.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, using reasonable security practices, maintaining backup copies of important business materials where appropriate, and limiting team access to trusted people.
11. Support and Resources
BlackSheet may provide support, onboarding, documentation, guides, help articles, videos, templates, or product education. Support availability, response time, and support scope may vary by plan, product stage, and team capacity.
Support and resources are intended to help you use the Platform. They do not replace your responsibility to make business decisions, verify setup, test workflows, and comply with laws or third-party requirements.
12. Updates to This Disclaimer
BlackSheet may update this disclaimer as the Platform evolves, as features change, or as business, legal, compliance, or product needs require.
Updates may be posted on this page or communicated by another reasonable method. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the updated disclaimer.
